  • Do you clean residential or commercial spaces?
    We clean both commercial, and residential spaces!
  • What specific cleaning services do you provide (e.g., basic cleaning, deep cleaning, window cleaning, carpet cleaning)?
    We provide a wide variety of janitorial cleaning, as well as window washing, pressure washing, and even auto detailing!
  • Do you offer specialized cleaning for specific needs (e.g., pet hair removal, move-in/out cleaning)?
    Yes! We can customize our services tailored to your exact needs!
  • How are your cleaning prices calculated (hourly rate, per room, flat rate)?
    We like to have a walkthrough with our client beforehand and talk about their specific needs and wants! Once this is established we will give them a flat price.
  • Are there additional charges for extra cleaning tasks or difficult areas?
    There can definitely be some additional charges depending on what extra services you'd like us to provide for you, some examples being, pet hair removal, stain extraction, biohazard cleanup etc.
  • Do you offer discounts for cleaning services?
    Yes! There are many ways you can get discounts, some examples on how you can get discounts would be an honest google/ yelp review, referrals, or sharing our page on your socials! Discounts must be approved by the owner beforehand.
  • What cleaning products/ equiptment do you use?
    We make sure to use quality products designed specifically for our tasks on hand. We believe cutting corners on products and equipment will have us working two times harder than just getting the right tool for the job to begin with!
  • Do you require clients to provide any specific cleaning supplies?
    Nope! We are equipped with everything we need already, you just focus on what matters most, YOUR LIFE, and let Soapeez take care of the dirty work!
  • How do you ensure the quality of your cleaning services?
    One word, FEEDBACK! We do monthly checkups with all of our clients to make sure they are satisfied with our services, or if there is anything they believe we can improve upon.
  • What is your typical cleaning schedule (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly)?
    This can be completely tailored to you! We try our best to satisfy your calendar, this means you can regularly book monthly, weekly, or even daily if needed!
  • Can I request specific cleaning times or days?
    Of course you can! We try our best to meet your specific needs.
  • How much notice is required to reschedule or cancel a cleaning?
    Preferably a 24 hour notice, but we know things happen and if you need to cancel with less of a time period that's totally okay!
  • How can I contact you to report issues or concerns?

  • What is your policy on re-cleaning if not satisfied?
    We typically offer re-cleaning, have a chat with the owner directly (702-503-9679) so you can speak upon what you were not satisfied with and we can go from there.
  • Do your cleaners undergo background checks?
    YES! This is something we do not take lightly, all cleaners must undergo background checks before beginning to work with us.
  • Is your company licensed and insured?
    Of course we are! We understand the importance of being licensed and insured in order to run a well established and organized business.
  • What is an FAQ section?
    An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about your business like "Where do you ship to?", "What are your opening hours?", or "How can I book a service?".

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, there will be no cancelation fees. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
